How do I sign up?

You can register for your free class using the link at the bottom of the page. All you need is a bottle of water, your little one in their stroller, a towel/mat for ab work and anything you may need for your little one.

Pre-registration required for Fit4Baby, 5K/10K, Specialty Classes (i.e. Saturday & Afternoon classes). Please contact Adele at adelearkin@strollerstrides.net for more details.

5K & 10K Training Programs

If 2010 is your year to reach farther than you have before, this is your PERFECT opportunity!!! YES YOU CAN! Join us as we show off our Long Island Stroller Strides spirit, have fun and accomplish new goals together! You can train with or without your stroller. I stress - this program is for EVERYONE! Congratulations! In celebration of your new belly bump, you will receive FREE prenatal monthly information about your growing baby, how you may be feeling, as well as fitness and nutrition tips for each month during your pregnancy. Fit4Baby & LEAN Mommy!

Weekend & Afternoon classes

Come join our SILLY SATURDAYS or AFTERNOONS in Stroller Strides Style! There is no registration fee, however pre-registration is required, so contact us today!

Class Prices

To find our class prices click on the "more info" button on one of our classes and it will display the pricing information on that page. You can purchase your pass with any instructor or call 347-693-3399. There are no refunds or transfers, so please choose your class pass accordingly. (Monthly membership registration at class only.)

Inclement Weather Policy

Class will be moved indoors for cold, rain, or heat advisory. Class will be cancelled only when weather conditions appear to pose a hazard. Classes are NOT cancelled for light snow or rain; instructors will be available to teach. A voice announcement will be posted one hour before class time at (800)310-5862 if class is cancelled, rescheduled or moved to another venue.
