Fitness For Mom, Fun For Baby!
Stroller Strides is the country’s largest fitness program for new moms. Classes offer a 60 minute total body workout that combines Power Walking and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing.
It’s a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with your baby. In addition to the classes, Stroller Strides offers Luna Mom Clubs with fun playgroup activities and community offerings.

Classes are held at Eisenhower Park, Field 4 or indoors at The Cradle of Aviation Museum. There is no registration fee, however pre-registration is required, so contact us today!

Come join us for your 1st FREE class and see what all the buzz is about! We welcome babies as young as 6 weeks and yes, we have toddlers too!. All you need to bring is sneakers, water and a mat or towel for floor work.

Inclement Weather Policy
Class will be moved indoors for cold, rain, or heat advisory. Class will be cancelled only when weather conditions appear to pose a hazard. Classes are NOT cancelled for light snow or rain; instructors will be available to teach. A voice announcement will be posted one hour before class time at (800)310-5862 if class is cancelled, rescheduled or moved to another venue. Current indoor locations include The Roosevelt Field Mall, The Green Acres Mall, and The Cradle of Aviation Museum.
