WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES?
STROLLER STRIDES is more than just a walk in the park. Come be a part of the growing ranks of moms who are striding their way back to fitness through our fun and challenging classes! Each Stroller Strides class is comprised of 60 minutes of power walking, strength training and fun-filled singing and laughter for both you and your stroller-aged child. We're Helping Moms Make Strides in Fitness, Motherhood, and Life. Are you a mom to be? Stroller Strides is for you, too! We offer modifications for all stages of pregnancy. With your OB's permission you can attend Stroller Strides classes throughout your pregnancy.
You don't have to have a jogging stroller to attend class, just make sure your stroller is sturdy and not prone to tipping. If you are still pregnant, don't worry - there's no need to push an empty stroller!
We hope you will join us! Your first class is FREE. To receive your FREE class, choose a class location and click on "More Info". Click the link to Sign Up, fill out the on-line registration form and we will contact you soon.
NOW AVAILABLE - BODY BACK BOOT CAMP FOR MOMS
BODY BACK: An 8-week, all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home exercises, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. Body Back is perfect for Stroller Strides graduates whose kids are now in school, or for all moms who need personal time to fully focus on their goals.
MILITARY DISCOUNT
Military Moms receive a discount at registration. Ask your instructor during your FREE class for more information.
INCLEMENT WEATHER HOTLINE AND WINTER SCHEDULE
Little Rock classes will meet outside as long as it is at least 40°. During the summer we may move class inside if it is above 100 degrees. If you are ever uncertain where to meet, simply call our hotline number 1-888-335-4041 and press "1" for the day's class status. The hotline phone message is updated one hour prior to the start of every class.

Monday-Thursday: Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church
Friday: Park Plaza Mall, 2nd level.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Stroller Strides of Little Rock offers Gift Certificates in $25.00 increments. Gift Certificates can be redeemed on monthly membership dues, and class passes. Sorry, they cannot be redeemed on retail purchases and there are no refunds or cash back on gift certificates.
IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTORS
Stroller Strides is looking for forward thinking women who wish to become instructors in our rapidly growing Stroller Strides program. If you are currently Nationally certified in Group Fitness or as a Personal Trainer, or have a degree in an exercise related field, this may be the job for you. We offer a competetive pay structure as well as comission for membership sales. Stroller Strides is the leader in fitness programs for moms and their babies.
