Stroller Strides is...
"Much more than just a stroll in the park..." Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. ALL fitness levels are welcome. Your first class is FREE!!!
Helpful Hints
Please try to arrive at class 15 minutes prior to start time. This allows you to get your stroller out and get signed in. We start promptly and want to be sure you are properly warmed up. Don't forget plenty of water and a mat or towel for abs and streching.
Please keep your children in the stroller. For their safety number one and for everyone's full enjoyment of the class. All of the instructors truly appreciate your cooperation.
Partner Program Pricing
What a better way to stay motivated - go to class with a friend. When you sign up together on our membership you will each receive HALF OFF the one time $99 joining fee. That's a $49.50 savings! Both parties must join together on the same day.

Cancelling your Membership
You may cancel your membership at anytime by giving a 30 day notice. Please contact Shelley Richardson directly at shelleyrichardson@strollerstrides.net or 619-436-7404.
Please note; Any payment received AFTER the 7th of the month will result in a $10 late charge.
Rain Cancellation Policy
Class will be cancelled only when weather conditions appear to pose a hazard. Classes are NOT cancelled for light rain or drizzle; an instructor will be available to teach. A message will apear here by 8:00am if class has been cancelled.
Sea World Stroller Strides Class:
Join San Diego at 10:00 am on the third Wednesday of each month for an incredible work-out at Sea World! The Class is free! You must pay admission to the park or purchase an annual pass. We will meet in front of the main entrance at 9:45. The class will start promptly at 10:00 when the park opens. For rates on annual passes and monthly specials, visit www.seaworld.com. Wild Animal Park
Join us at 9:15 am on the first Tuesday of every month for a Stroller Strides class at the Wild Animal Park! The Class is free! You must pay admission to the park or purchase an annual pass. We meet near the Rhino Statue. Visit www.strollerstrides.net/poway for more information.
