Free Military Momma Mondays!

Unique to the Stroller Strides of La Mesa location, the FREE Military Momma Mondays offers new moms a FREE weekly fitness class for any active duty (or dependent)Miltary Mom. Stroller Strides La Mesa is so inspired by the sacrafices that military families make on a daily basis, that we want to offer our support in helping them make strides in fitness, motherhood and life . Moms new to the Stroller Strides program (and their babies!) are invited to attend, as well as those already enrolled in ongoing classes.

Stroller Strides is...

 "Much more than just a stroll in the park..." Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. ALL fitness levels are welcome. Your first class is FREE!!!

Helpful Hints

Please try to arrive at class 15 minutes prior to start time. This allows you to get your stroller out and get signed in. We start promptly and want to be sure you are properly warmed up. Don't forget plenty of water and a mat or towel for abs and streching. Bring Dad to our Saturday classes at no extra charge!
Please keep your children in the stroller. For their safety number one and for everyone's full enjoyment of the class. All of the instructors truly appreciate your cooperation.

Membership Agreements

You may cancel your membership at anytime by giving a 30 day written notice. Please contact Shelley Richardson directly at shelleyrichardson@strollerstrides.net.

Please note; Any payment received AFTER the 7th of the month will result in a $10 late charge.

We allow members to put their membership on hold once in a 12 month period for a time frame not to exceed 60 days. Our members are not charged their membership fee while on hold nor are they charged any re registration fees to return to classes.

Rain Cancellation Policy

Class will be cancelled only when weather conditions appear to pose a hazard. Classes are NOT cancelled for light rain or drizzle; an instructor will be available to teach. A message will apear here by 8:00am if class has been cancelled.
