Description:
Classes begin Saturday, June 6th! Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program created to safely and effectively teach women to exercise throughout their pregnancy. Classes include warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching, and balance exercises. You can begin the program as soon as you discover you are pregnant. We help you modify your workouts to prepare your body for upcoming changes and accommodate your growing baby. ($2.75/class) Monthly Membership is just $55/month for unilmited classes. There is a one time registration fee of $75. Membership benefits include your own exercise tubes and a promo pack of items. Monthly membership must be paid for in class, not online.

($6.15/class) Join us for up to two classes per week for three months.
|
|
($10/class) Punchcard that you can use at any location. Expires 6 months from purchase.

Drop in rate for individual classes.

This pass allows teachers to attend unlimited classes during Summer Vacation and School Holidays. A copy of a valid school ID must be provided. Pass only available for purchase in-person.

We accept cash, personal checks, visa, mastercard, discover and amex. You can purchase classes online or at class. We do not offer refunds, so be sure to pick the right package for you!

Come Join Us, Your First Class is Free!
Classes are held each weekday morning in Vernon Hills and/or Libertyville. Please click through the site for full schedule, playgroup & other information! You can register online at this website by following the links to the class location in which you are interested, or just show up to your first class. In either case, your first class is free, so don't hesitate to check it out!

MOMS NIGHT OUT
March's Night Out is a dinner/drinks at McCarthy's in Vernon Hills on March 31st at 7:30pm.
BOOK CLUB
March Book Club selection is "Little Earthquakes" by Jennifer Weiner. Sunday, March 21st at 7pm at Corin's home in Gurnee. RSVP the book club captain, Eva at evag73@sbcglobal.net.
