Classes are held each weekday morning at various locations. Please click through the site for full schedule, playgroup & other information! You can register online at this website by following the links to the class location in which you are interested, or just show up to your first class. In either case, your first class is free, so don't hesitate to check it out!

Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program created to safely and effectively teach women to exercise throughout their pregnancy. Classes include warm-up, strength training, cardio, stretching, and balance exercises. You can begin the program as soon as you discover you are pregnant. We help you modify your workouts to prepare your body for upcoming changes and accommodate your growing baby.  Classes begin Saturday, June 6th at 10:30am.  Registration available through the Buffalo Grove Park District at 847-850-2100

You asked for it, and here it is! Saturday classes have arrived at Stroller Strides Lake County. Beginning Saturday, June 6th at 9am, we will be holding class every Saturday at Willow Stream Park in Buffalo Grove. Great for working moms, or just squeezing in an extra day of working out! Join us on June 6th for an open house, after class we will have refreshments, as well as special deals on Saturday classes.

MOMS NIGHT OUT
The June Mom's Night Out is Monday, June 29th. Movie Night Out to see "My Sister's Keeper". Details to come. Email maureenc@strollerstrides.net for more information.

BOOK CLUB
The June bookclub will be held on Sunday, June 14th, 2009 at Rebecca's house in Libertyville. The book is "Song of Solomon" by Toni Morrison. RSVP and Directions are available by emailing the book club captain, Rebecca at rdwalk01@yahoo.com.
