Saturday, August 28th from 7am-11am – Yard Sale at Pamela’s. Stroller Strider, Pamela, is having a huge yard sale at her home. She has generously offered to sell items donated from Stroller Striders at her sale. All donation proceeds will go to our Luna Moms’ Group, funding play dates and Moms’ Night Out. If you have items that you want to donate, please give them to Keira at class on Monday/Wednesday or arrange with Pamela directly.
OUR PROGRAM
These classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently post partum or pregnant, the only requirement is that you supply a doctor's approval to exercise.
Our program also offers a LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. WHAT TO BRING:
- Water

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP - $55

10 BLOCK CLASS PASS - $110
This package gives you 10 classes which can be used at both Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel locations. Expires in 6 months.
SINGLE CLASS PASS - $17
Good for one class only.
PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
Please choose your class package wisely. There are no refunds. We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
RAIN/WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes will be held in light drizzle or mist. Unless the weather is clearly severe or unsafe, an Instructor will always be there to teach class. In the event class is cancelled, an e-mail will go out and this website will be updated. When in doubt, please call 800-390-1783.
