On Thursday, 3/18 please join us for a specially located class. Instead of meeting at Chapparosa, we will have class at the Aliso Viejo Town Center. Please meet us at 9:30am at the Grand View/Town Center Amphitheatre (between Coldstone and Stadium Brewery). Class will run the normal time until 10:30am.

At 11:00am we will be lucky to watch a Hullabaloo Band Concert. Hullabaloo is a free concert geared toward children and includes singing and dancing. There is also a playground nearby! Remember to bring a hat and/or an umbrella because shade is hard to come by and it might be HOT!

These classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently post partum or pregnant, the only requirement is that you supply a doctor's approval to exercise.

Our program also offers a LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Classes will be held in light drizzle or mist. Unless the weather is clearly severe or unsafe, an Instructor will always be there to teach class. In the event class is cancelled, an e-mail will go out and this website will be updated. When in doubt, please call 800-390-1783.
