Due to bad weather, class will not be held on Saturday, February 6th.
OUR PROGRAM
These classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently post partum or pregnant, the only requirement is that you supply a doctor's approval to exercise.
Our program also offers a LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. WHAT TO BRING:
- Water
- Towel or Blanket for abs and stretching
- A hat and/or sunscreen
- Baby essentials including snacks and or toys for your little ones

FIRST WEEK FREE
For a limited time, we are offering your first week of classes for free. Note - offer is good for first time participants only and not valid with any other offer. Trial week starts on a Monday and ends on Friday within same week.
RAIN/WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes will be held in light drizzle or mist. Unless the weather is clearly severe or unsafe, an Instructor will always be there to teach class. In the event class is canceled, an e-mail will go out and this website will be updated. When in doubt, please call 800-390-1783.
