Get Fit in 2012!

2012 is here!! What better way to start the new year than to get fit and healthy and burn off all those holiday pounds! And with that... we have a fun promotion for the whole month of January to make it a little easier on your wallet!

Join anytime during the month of January and pay just $12 for the registration fee, which is normally $75! Or... skip the reg fee altogether and pay for the whole year in advance for just $599! or 6 months for $330!

These classes are no walk in the park. They are a full cardiovascular and strength training workout that you can do with your baby. All classes are taught by certified fitness instructors who are also moms. We use exercise tubes, the resistance of your body, and the stroller to get you fit and toned in no time. And...we want to help you be the best mom you can be. Isn't being fit and healthy a part of that. Come for a great workout or come because you want to meet other moms. Your first class is FREE so join us anytime!

Rain Cancellation Policy

Classes will not be cancelled if it is drizzling. Classes will only be cancelled if the weather is severe. All class changes and cancellations will be posted on the website one hour before class time.
