Stroller Strides La Mesa is having a sale... a working moms sale!
In honor of the Labor Day Holiday, we're discounting our 10 class passes by 50%. That's a savings of $55.00! The 10 class pass allows you to attend 10 classes with Stroller Strides La Mesa whenever your schedule allows. It expires 6 months from date of purchase, so it's perfect for those moms who work during the week and can only make it to our Saturday class.
This great sale runs September 1st through the 30th, so hurry for your chance to take advantage of this once a year special.

Did you know that you can earn a FREE MONTH of Stroller Strides classes? If you refer a mom to SS La Mesa and they sign up for membership, you get your classes for FREE following month.
It's that easy. There is no limit to the number times you can take advantage of this promotion.

 "Much more than just a stroll in the park..." Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. ALL fitness levels are welcome. Your first class is FREE!!!

Please try to arrive at class 15 minutes prior to start time. This allows you to get your stroller out and get signed in. We start promptly and want to be sure you are properly warmed up. Don't forget plenty of water and a mat or towel for abs and streching. Bring Dad to our Saturday classes at no extra charge!
Please keep your children in the stroller. For their safety number one and for everyone's full enjoyment of the class. All of the instructors truly appreciate your cooperation.

You may cancel your membership at anytime by giving a 30 day notice. Please contact Shelley Richardson directly at shelleyrichardson@strollerstrides.net or 619-436-7404.

Please note; Any payment received AFTER the 7th of the month will result in a $10 late charge.

We allow members to put their membership on hold once in a 12 month period for a time frame not to exceed 60 days. Our members are not charged their membership fee while on hold nor are they charged any re registration fees to return to classes.

Class will be cancelled only when weather conditions appear to pose a hazard. Classes are NOT cancelled for light rain or drizzle; an instructor will be available to teach. A message will apear here by 8:00am if class has been cancelled.
