During the month of July when a current member refers a new participant to our classes and that person signs up for a membership by July 31st, the member who referred her receives a $5 reduction in her monthly dues for the life of her membership for every referral. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can send our way. You could be exercising for free with enough referrals!

We have added an incentive for your friend to attend our classes. She can attend one week free during this promotion period.

We are offering half off the $99 registration fee for the month of July. If you purchase a membership by July 31st, you will be charged $49.50 for the registration fee. A three month minimum committment is required to get this reduced rate. You can sign up for membership at any of our classes.

 "Much more than just a stroll in the park..." Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. ALL fitness levels are welcome. Your first class is FREE!!!

Please try to arrive at class 15 minutes prior to start time. This allows you to get your stroller out and get signed in. We start promptly and want to be sure you are properly warmed up. Don't forget plenty of water and a mat or towel for abs and streching.
Please keep your children in the stroller. For their safety number one and for everyone's full enjoyment of the class. All of the instructors truly appreciate your cooperation.

What a better way to stay motivated - go to class with a friend. When you sign up together on our membership you will each receive HALF OFF the one time $99 joining fee. That's a $49.50 savings! Both parties must join together on the same day.

Bring Dad to our Saturday classes at no extra charge!

Please note; Any payment received AFTER the 7th of the month will result in a $10 late charge.

Class will be cancelled only when weather conditions appear to pose a hazard. Classes are NOT cancelled for light rain or drizzle; an instructor will be available to teach. A message will apear here by 8:00am if class has been cancelled.

Join San Diego at 10:00 am on the third Wednesday of each month for an incredible work-out at Sea World! The Class is free! You must pay admission to the park or purchase an annual pass. We will meet in front of the main entrance at 9:45. The class will start promptly at 10:00 when the park opens. For rates on annual passes and monthly specials, visit www.seaworld.com.
