Why Stroller Strides is so awesome!
Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park. It is a 60-minute total body workout consisting of power walking, body toning using exercise tubing (provided), the stroller, and/or the environment, ab work, and stretching. The classes are led by nationally certified instructors. The bonus is that your child is right there with you for the ride! Also, the children are the priority of Stroller Strides, so do not worry if yours is fussy. The classes are structured so that moms can make babies happy without missing out on the workout. All fitness levels are welcome. You create the intensity, Stroller Strides brings the fun!

Stroller Strides is proud to partner with LUNA in hosting the LUNA Moms Clubs. Each month, your LUNA Moms Club will host playdates, moms’ nights out and activities for you and your family.

Check our website frequently for updates on new class dates, locations and when and where our LUNA Mom's Club playgroups meet!


Join Luna Moms Club
As a mom myself, I understand that life is about finding balance. LUNA Moms Club was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. Support and connect with other like-minded moms by participating in: Weekly Playgroups, Monthly Mom's Night Out, Monthly Mommy Mentoring, and Quarterly Mommies with a Mission events.

There is no cost associated with becoming a member. All we ask for is enthusiasm and a smile. You can join at any time of year. Whenever you are ready, we will be there to welcome you. Though including a workout in your routine is a powerful tool to maintaining energy and overall health, there is no requirement to enroll in Stroller Strides exercise classes to participate in the associated LUNA Moms Club.

CLASS INFORMATION PHONE LINE
To find out the most up to date class information, please call our information line at 888-216-1723, press option 2 for current class information. This line is updated at 8:15 am each day prior to any class day. Indoor class schedules rarely change, but in the event of an emergency or inclement weather, class may be postponed or canceled.


Stroller Strides 5K Training Program
If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you. Designed for the beginner, our aim is to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles). You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Ideally, interested candidates will train for approximately a 12-week period and will finish with a 5K race. You should plan to run 1-2 days per week and meet and run with the team one day per week. Andrea Luton, one of our long-time members has offered to lead our one-day a week training team. If you are interested in the training program, please email me at hollykryter@strollerstrides.net. What to bring to class:
- Water bottle
- Snacks for you and baby (drink for baby)
- Sunscreen for you and baby
- Yoga mat or large towel (for ab workout)
- Stroller (umbrella strollers not recommended; does not need to be a jogger)

The Restoration House of East Tennessee
Stroller Strides, Knoxville is a supporter of The Restoration House of East Tennessee (TRH). TRH provides transitional housing to single and unwed mothers. They help to restore these young women back to God's good intent for their lives by providing transitional housing and mentorship.
