CLASS UPDATES
If you are a new mom wanting to try our program select your location and register for your FREE CLASS!! We hope to see you soon!
RAIN/WEATHER POLICY
Classes will be held in light drizzle or mist. Unless the weather is clearly severe or unsafe, an instructor will always be there to teach class. We move indoors if the temps dip below 38 or above 98. In the event class is canceled, our weather hotline will be updated. Please call 888.824.5737 and press 8. PLEASE SAVE THIS NUMBER IN YOUR CELL PHONE! All updates will be done by 8am.

THE PERFECT MOMMY & ME ACTIVITY IN JACKSONVILLE!!
OUR PROGRAM:
Stroller Strides classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! Babies are Stroller Strides' priority, so don't worry if yours is fussy!
Pregnant and looking for a fitness program? You can join us as well!! Our instructors are certified in Fit 4 Baby which offers modifications to the Stroller Strides exercises to keep you fit during pregnancy!
Our program also offers LUNA Mom's Club that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Check out our upcoming events on the events tab at:

WHAT TO BRING:
- Water
- Towel or Blanket for abs and stretching
- A hat and/or sunscreen
- Baby essentials including snacks and or toys for your little ones
- Clip on fans, Chilly Pads and/or Pliable ice packs wrapped in a cloth to keep your little one cool during the warm weather

Stroller Strides would like to expand throughout the First Coast area! We are looking for instructors so we can offer a variety of locations and times. Canidates must be nationally certified fitness professionals or moms who would like to become certified. Are you excited about fitness as well as being a mom?
