OUR PROGRAM:
Stroller Strides classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! Babies are Stroller Strides' priority, so don't worry if yours is fussy!
Our program also offers Stroller Strides Mom's Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Don't put it off any longer...come join all the Stroller Strides fun!
WHAT TO BRING:
- Water
- Towel or Blanket for abs and stretching
- A hat and/or sunscreen
- Baby essentials including snacks and or toys for your little ones

Off for winter-break? $200 for a year pass (paid in four $50 installments or save 10% if you pay in full). Unlimited classes during your summer off, winter and spring breaks, and all school holidays!

Classes will be held in light drizzle or mist. Unless the weather is
clearly severe or unsafe, an instructor will always be there to teach
class. In the event class is cancelled, our weather hotline will be updated. Please call 888.824.5737 and press 3. Please save this number in your cell phone.
San Marco classes will be moved indoors rather than cancelled. Call the weather hotline for updates about class going indoors.
