STROLLER STRIDES CLASSES
Think of it like a playgroup with a workout... Strength training, cardio and core conditioning are combined in these 60-minute workouts that enable newly postpartum and conditioned or athletic moms to exercise with their baby (dads & with approval, nannies welcome). Kids range from 6-weeks to 4-ish. Your children are our priority at Stroller Strides, so don't worry if yours is fussy. The classes are structured so moms can make babies happy without missing out on the workout. Nationally certified fitness professionals instruct all classes and modify exercises for pregnant, post-natal and ultra-fit moms.
WHAT TO BRING FOR CARDIO SCULPT @ BELL FITNESS: -Water -Baby/Kid essentials including snacks, toys, blanket, etc. -The Stroller is not necessary for this class
MEMBERSHIP TO BELL FITNESS IS NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND CARDIO SCULPT OR FIT4BABY.
WHAT TO BRING FOR OUTDOOR CLASSES @ PARKS: - Sturdy Stroller (jogging stroller or Chariot not necessary) - Water - Mat/blanket for abs/stretching - Baby essentials including snacks and/or toys for your little ones
FIT4BABY PRENATAL FITNESS CLASSES
60-minute workouts combining strength training, cardio, core conditioning and stretching for your changing body. Women of all fitness levels can begin Fit4Baby classes as soon as they discover they are pregnant. With a physician's approval, women can safely continue taking classes to delivery.
Classes are held at Bell Fitness Center and are $10 per visit for members and non-members of the gym. Sorry, the "first class free" does not apply to Fit4Baby classes.

LUNA MOMS CLUB PLAYGROUPS
As moms, we all understand life is about finding balance. By joining LMC, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. There is no cost or strings attached to become a part of LMC and attending Stroller Strides is NOT required. This is simply a group of moms getting together for play-dates, lunch, a night out, whatever you want it to be....but LUNA makes sure we are taken good care of along the way!
TO RSVP - Email the host on the date you would like to attend (under LMC Playgroup) with the age of your kiddo(s) sometime the day before. The host will provide you with directions to their home.
TO HOST- Email julielinahan@strollerstrides.net to find out what dates are available. All you need to do is provide the space and a snack for kids. It is that simple!
PERSONAL/SMALL GROUP TRAINING & PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP CLASSES AVAILABLE
Choose the time the works for your family and allow us to customize the workout just for you! You can enjoy the workout with your baby or allow them to play in the Bell Fitness daycare for just $2/hr.
