Description:
Whether you are a fitness fanatic or new to exercise, Stroller Strides is the class for you and your baby. This 1-hour class stimulates the mother as well as baby in combining a mixture of cardio and strength exercises along with songs and socialization with other children. Get back into shape with Stroller Strides pre and post natal fitness programs and learn how exercising can benefit both you and baby today!

$59.00 plus a one-time registration of $55.00. Enjoy unlimited membership benefits to our Issaquah and Snoqualmie locations and come as much as you like. When you sign up on the day of your first free class, you will receive your own set of resistance tubes and some gifts from our partners.

$110.00 plus tax. This pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and gives you the flexibility to come to class on a schedule that meets your needs.

$75.00 plus tax. This class pass is perfect if you are only able to attend one class a week. This class if valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Not available for the 6:00 am class.

$18.00 plus tax. This class is perfect for the out-of-town visitor or guest. Or, pay as you go for uncertain schedule changes.

The Monthly Membership allows you to attend classes as often as you like in Issaquah and/or Snoqualmie while the 5/10 Block passes are great if you cannot come quite as often. If you need to cancel or hold your membership at any time, please notify the owner of Stroller Strides 30 days prior to the first of the following month. You may place your membership on hold at any time for up to 4 months without having to pay a re-joining fee of $55.00.

$20.00 - Purchase your own set of red and green resistance tubing to use during each class. This is required for all 5 and 10-Block Class packages. Tubes come free when you sign up for a Monthly Membership.

New Start Time
Classes will begin at 9:45 am beginning on Monday, August 30th. This time will remain in effect through our Fall and Winter season.
No class on Monday, September 6th.
There will not be class on Labor Day. Classes will resume as normal on Tuesday, September 7th.
Class will meet at Cafe Ladro on Wednesday, September 8th
Come at 9:45 for class and meet in front of Cafe Ladro. We will tour the lower Highlands that day and end with a great beverage after class.
