Class Cancelled

Hey ladies, with the lovely snow still not being cleared from the roads, we are going to cancel class today. Have fun sledding!

Holiday Class changes

We will not have class on Saturday, Nov 19th and Thursday, Nov 24th. We WILL have class on both Christmas and New Year's Eve. Keep those strollers moving through the holiday season!

2012 Schedule

Starting in 2012 there will be Stroller Strides classes offered Monday and Wednesday from 9:15-10:15am and Saturday from 9:45-10:45am. Fight off those winter blues with a great workout with great company!

What Do I Need to Bring to Class?

Please bring water, towel or blanket (for abs work) and any other essentials to keep you and your baby happy. Always make sure you eat a healthy breakfast or light snack before coming to class - this is very important if you're a nursing mother. In addition, you should consider bringing a post-class snack with you, especially if you plan to stick around after class for a while.
