Join us for an hour long energy boosting workout and meet a wonderful group of ladies! We meet at Bluebonnet Entry 3 next to JCPenney and Burlington Coat Factory.

Body Back Grapevine

Body Back is an eight week results based workout/nutrition program designed specifically for moms of ALL AGES! Program includes before and after assessments, three HIIT (high intensity, interval training)workouts per week (no kids), full meal plan and food diary, online coaching/support group.

UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Membership entitles you to unlimited classes per month for only $50 and a one time registration fee of $75. Includes a GREAT member T-shirt and resistance tubing.

ONE DAY PER WEEK MEMBERSHIP

For those moms who can only make it one day per week. After the one time registration fee of $75, you can enjoy one class per week for $30 per month. This membership also gives you a member T-shirt and resistance band.

TEN CLASS PASS

Offers the most flexibility and at a great price - $100. That's only $10 a class! Come to any of the classes in Grapevine or Coppell. Expires 6 months after purchase date.

SINGLE CLASS PASS

Drop in rate of $15 for an individual class.

PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on packages or memberships. Please give a 30 day notice on all cancellations. All monthly memberships must be paid through Credit Card. All other packages can be paid with credit card, cash, or check.
