Stroller Strides® has created a personal challenge in order to incentivize you to make time for your MIND, BODY and SPIRIT…it is your strength and vitality which makes you beautiful! This month-long challenge will give you the focus and drive to take time for yourself.
SO I give you........ the Healthy Mama Challenge! This is a four week challenge in which you will use a scorecard to keep track of points. There are three categories: MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT. This program is FREE!
Challenge begins Monday May 7 & will end Monday June 4. Winner will be announced June 5. Contact me to sign up today!

Come see what all the buzz is about! Stroller Strides is a premiere year-round stroller fitness program that isn't just a walk in the park. We find creative ways to get a great workout, have fun, and engage our babies. I will make sure this class is fun, challenging and safe for all fitness levels! Whatever your goal may be, lose some baby weight, meet other moms, help baby make friends, get out of the house, this is a great way to reach those goals!
If this is your first time, please arrive at class a few minutes early to complete registration forms. Please come dressed appropriately for a workout in good tennis shoes and remember to bring WATER, a mat or blanket to use for abs and stretching. Look forward to seeing you in class!

When I joined Stroller Strides in July 2010, I was looking for a way to get some exercise and not have to put my son in childcare to do so and meet other moms to share my "Mommy" journey with. I received all that and more!
The moms I have met are down to earth, genuine and many I am proud to call friends. Farrah, Our Instructor and Motivator, is simply - Awesome!! She has motivated and inspired me to push myself to reach my full potential.
The exercises are perfect for new (and older) moms. The most immediate results I experienced were more than physical;I felt like my "pre-mommy" self again, had more energy and was motivated each week to push myself even more. So much so, I enrolled in Body Back! Body Back enabled me to find that precious time for just me. The program pushes your limits, helps clear your mind, refocus and achieve your goals.
During the program I ran my first 5K - in 31 minutes!! Now I am working on my second 5K with a long term goal of a half marathon. I know I can count on my Stroller Strides Moms and My Awesome Instructor, Farrah, to help me along my journey with friendship and motivation.

I tell people over and over again that Stroller Strides was the best thing to happen to me, besides my bundle of joy, as a new mom. It has provided me strength I never knew I had. It serves as an excellent way to exercise, talk to other moms who provide emotional support, and still spend time with my son. I'm exercising and running races more than I did pre-pregnancy. It has been a great emotional and physical support system. Both my son and I have made great friends as a result too.

I am so grateful for stroller strides Grapevine. I began working out with this group when I was 27 weeks pregnant and I can easily say that I am in better shape now than I was back when I started. This is such a strong group of women who support each other and have a lot of fun. Farrah is such an inspiration for health and fitness. She encourages me to work harder in class and at the same time she reminds me to listen to my body and make adjustments as needed for my fitness level. I look forward to joining the group again after baby arrives and getting to workout with baby!

Leaving my full time job to become a stay at home mother was a huge adjustment. Stroller Strides and Luna Mom's Club have made the transition into motherhood a lot easier. Not only do I get the benefits of exercise, but I have also met a great group of women. These mothers provide a forum of advice, support, and friendship. My son reaps the benefits as well - he is able to have social interaction with other children. I am very lucky to have found such a wonderful class!

Joining Stroller Strides has been the best thing I could do for myself and for my new baby boy! I made the decision to leave a great job with an established network to stay home with our new found joy. Now I found another network of moms with the same interest as myself - to get back in shape, even better shape then pre-baby, share wonderful stories about our babies, and support each other in new mommy adventures, also - our babies are "networking" too! I feel much better physically and spiritually and ready to take the rest of the day with stride.

What is Body Back?
Body Back® is the newest program release from Stroller Strides' founder Lisa Druxman. It is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. Whether you just had a baby or had a baby twenty years ago, it will help you get your body back. Most importantly, it will help you unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment.
You will experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class in conjunction with Lisa's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan.
WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES ???
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their baby/child in tow in the beautiful outdoors. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the stroller and outdoor environment. It also includes weekly organized playgroups, monthly Mom's Night Out and quarterly 'give back' to the community events. (Ongoing regular classes, month to month membership)
