Summer Class Hours
From Memorial Day to Labor Day (June 1st - Sept 6th) classes are held from 8:15-9:15 AM at CAFB ONLY. Please contact lindseystimets@strollerstrides.net if you need a pass to access CAFB. Starkville classes resume in Aug from 8:15-9:15 AM. Riverwalk classes resume in the fall 9:00-10:00 AM.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Bring a stroller (jogger recommended but not necessary, as long as stroller is not prone to tipping), towel/mat for ground exercises, water and weather protection. Please also bring water and a snack for your child. Sunscreen and a hat are also recommended. Wear comfortable exercise apparel and walking or jogging sneakers. See you in class!
What is Stroller Strides?
We are all about total wellness for moms and kids. We are experts in pre and postnatal fitness and would like to invite you to try out a class for FREE! Stroller Strides is having a personal trainer with quality childcare provided at a fraction of the cost!!!
How are you doing with your fitness and wellness goals? Do you need a little extra motivation? Stroller Strides is a great program to give you that boost. Research shows that when you commit to a group exercise program you're more likely to stick with it. Someone is counting on you to be there! With Stroller Strides, you don't have to put your baby in childcare to workout and you get to meet a ton of new moms just like you.

Our hour-long classes consist of a warm-up followed by intervals of cardio and strength training using exercise bands, the environment and the stroller. We save time for abs and flexibility at the end of class. It is a great total body workout for all fitness levels! Everyone works at their own pace because we offer modifications for every exercise. Don't worry if your baby gets fussy. Since we stop for toning throughout the class, you will catch up at the next station if you have to stop and tend to your child. We are all moms, we know that kids come first!
All you need is your child(ren), a stroller, water and a towel or mat for ground work. Just come to class, your first session is free! Your instructor will have you fill out a registration form, teach you how to use the exercise bands and introduce you to everyone.
New research shows that you burn 20% more calories pushing a stroller than walking alone. It's akin to pushing a lawnmower around or walking/running uphill!
Interval workout (alternating cardio and strength training) has recently been proven to get you back in shape as effectively as longer segments of either type of exercise. You allow your body to recover from one interval as you focus on the next but you keep your heart rate and metabolism up! Come on out and see what we're all about and keep up with those healthy goals.

Weather Policy
Classes are moved indoors if the temperature is below 45 degrees, above 90 degrees or if it is pouring rain. Classes are NOT canceled for light rain or drizzle. Please call 888-881-7307 and choose option 2 one hour prior to class if ever in question.

Stroller Strides is far from just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout all while your child comes along for the ride. It's personal training at a fraction of the cost with DAYCARE PROVIDED!!! In addition to a great workout, you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events.
