Meet Lindsey Stimets, Stroller Strides of the Golden Triangle Franchise Owner, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Stroller Strides Instructor!

Lindsey Stimets is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. Lindsey commissioned in the USAF in 2004 where she worked for two years as a Solid Rocket Program Manager at the Air Force Research Lab in Edwards, CA. Fitness has always been Lindsey's main interest and while serving in the AF she built and lead her unit's fitness program. Lindsey voluntarily separated from the AF prior to the delivery of her now 3 yr-old son, Owen. She was eager to get back to doing what she loved through the acquisition of her Stroller Strides franchise in May of 2008. Lindsey knows just how being a new mommy feels all over again after just having delivered her daughter, Addilin in August. Being a stay-at-home mom with both children while helping other moms stay fit for motherhood is one of the most rewarding parts of Stroller Strides!

Lindsey finds that the greatest part of Stroller Strides is not just the total body workout, but building a support network for moms and meeting all the wonderful women who come to class. Lindsey is also certified by Fitour as a Hatha Yoga Instructor, and by the American Heart Association for adult, child and infant CPR.



Meet Lindsy Lassere, Stroller Strides and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor!!!

Lindsy is a military spouse who calls Louisiana home. She is originally from Lake Charles and went to college at LSU in Baton Rouge. While at LSU, she met her husband, Chad, and their Air Force adventure took off. They have lived in Florida, Texas, Arkansas, Germany, and now Mississippi for the second time. They have two beautiful girls, Sarah who is 4 and Kaitlin who is 1. She and her husband also consider Boudreaux, their 8-year old black Lab, to be their first child!

Because of all the military moves, Lindsy has worked everywhere from the mall cookie store to an airport. Her passion in history led her to obtain a Master’s degree in social studies education. She loves to teach and loves to exercise so being a Stroller Strides instructor brings her the best of both worlds! When Lindsy is not exercising or taking care of her children, she prefers to read, watch movies, travel, or dream about traveling.



Meet Allison Crawford, ASCM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Instructor, Stroller Strides Certified, and CPR certified by the AHA.

Allsion graduated in 2008 with a degree in Health Promotions and Fitness from Otterbein College in Westerville, OH. She and her husband moved to CAFB in January 09 from Colorado so that he could begin Undergraduate Pilot Training. In her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking, golfing, traveling and hiking with her husband Brian and puppy Elvis. Allison is very excited to be teaching Stroller Strides!


Meet Lauren Love, Stroller Strides and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor!!!

Lauren is a Tennessee native who now resides in Starkville with her husband Adam. Lauren has a BS in Recreation and Tourism and a MS in Sports Management. Lauren loves all things involving action to include, snowboarding, sprint triathlons, playing, coaching, and spectating volleyball and attending MSU athletic events. This past summer Lauren worked at the Starkville Parks & Rec leading "Silly Sports" summer camps. She has taught elementary PE and is the head coach for the Starkville HS Girls Volleyball team. Lauren brings Starkville moms the best pre/postnatal workout around!
