Come and join us for a fun workout while your baby rides along! In 60 minutes you will complete a total body workout that includes: ab's, powerwalking, toning, cardio and stretching. In addition to a great workout, you will find friendship, encouragement and support with other Mom's just like you that are in the adventure of Mommyhood!
