NEW MATERNITY LEAVE SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
Announcing a new membership option for moms on maternity leave! You can now join Stroller Strides with an unlimited monthly membership (as many classes as you want!) for $50/month with NO registration fee. Good for up to three months for moms who want to jump start their fitness after baby is born without sacrificing quality time together during their maternity leave :)
What to bring to class:
*Water Bottle
*Mat/Towel/Blanket for floor exercise
*Sturdy Stroller (does not need to be a jogging stroller but no umbrella strollers please).
*Small toy or favorite item for baby/child in stroller
Where do we meet?
In the winter (and on rainy summer days) we meet at Everett Mall, most of the winter months and on rainy days in spring and fall. The mall has all doors locked except one door for security in the morning before mall shopping hours. We use the gray metal employee door which is on the backside of the Mall to the left of the picnic benches. In the summer months, class is held at Thornton A. Sullivan Park (aka Silver Lake park). Meet at the park entrance next to the statue and flower beds. Call 800-961-9078, #3 to check for daily updates if the weather is questionable (we often go back and forth in spring and fall depending on conditions). Weekly Playgroup and MNO (Moms Night Out)
In addition to our regular playtime after Stroller Strides class we have a special playgroup every week! The activities include anything from a bubble machine for run-around play time to an organized event in our community such as the Imagine Children’s Museum in Everett.
We also have a monthly Mom’s Night Out! (You are already excited aren’t you!?) We work hard and deserve some time to unwind and hang out together without our beautiful children once in a while :)
