Stroller Strides

Class begins at 9 AM on Monday at LifePoint Church and 8:45 AM on Wednesday and Friday at Pearson Air Museum. Please arrive 15 minutes early to give you time to get your stroller out and signed in. Don't forget your water bottle, supportive shoes, a blanket or mat for ab exercises, and a smile!!

First class is always free!

Our mission is to help you make strides in fitness, motherhood and life! Stroller Strides is not just a stroll through the park. It is a total body workout, combining cardio and strength exercises. You also will meet some amazing new moms and kiddos. Come join the Stroller Strides fun today!

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

There is no contracted time obligation with the monthly memberships, simply give 30 days written notice and your membership will be cancelled.
You can put your membership on hold twice a year for up to a total of four months with written notice and no fees. If you do cancel your membership and want to restart, you will be charged half of the registration fee.
Stroller Strides does not issue refunds to memberships purchased. As mentioned above, we are very flexible and happy to find ways to make your membersip work for you.
