I have two daughters, Camryn (6/2006) and Hayden (1/2009) with my husband Sam.

I first heard about Stroller Strides when Camryn was young, but I was returning to my full time job, so I didn't think twice about it. When Hayden was about 4 months old, I was attending a Parent-Baby class and the Stroller Strides franchise owner in Kirkland came to give us a presentation about Stroller Strides. I was really interested, but I was trying to find a way to not go back to work, so I wasn't going to be able to afford it. I knew that in reality I was going to have to go back to my full time job, so I didn't want to think about it anymore. That weekend, I had a random run-in with the franchise owner and she could see how torn I was about going back to work and wanting to do something else, so that I could be home with Hayden and not have Camryn in daycare full time. She said "Start a Stroller Strides Franchise!" The idea blew me away and I couldn't stop thinking about it.

I bought the franchise less than one month later!

Stroller Strides took me from the mom I didn't want to be, to one I'm proud to be! I am busier than I have ever been but my happiness and joy make it all worthwhile.

I am thrilled to bring Stroller Strides to Duvall and hope to expand to Carnation and Monroe later this year!
