STROLLER STRIDE TO FITNESS!
Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class is 60 minutes and consists of power walking with intervals of body toning. We welcome babies as young as 6 weeks. All strollers, except umbrella strollers, will work fine for workouts. Please remember to bring water and a towel/mat for abdominals.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Class will canceled due to inclement weather conditions. A voice announcement will be posted by 8AM at (888) 342-6141 if class is canceled. Please note, if schools are canceled, class will be canceled.
