Description:
Dutchess County Stroller Strides offers outdoor classes during the spring, summer and fall months. Stroller Strides incorporates the environment, resistance tubing and the stroller to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes.

Class Packages
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP - $55.00 per month
Attend Unlimited Classes each month! One time registration fee - $55 (includes two exercise tubesand a bag). 3 Month min. obligation.
TWO CLASS PASS - $159
Two classes per week for three months
10 BLOCK CARD - $110.00
Attend any 10 classes within 6 months.
ONE CLASS PASS - $30.00 per month
ANY one class per week. No Rollovers. 3 month min, obligation. With this package if you decide to join us for an additional day, we offer a $5 discount on the drop in rate
