Are you a mom who is looking for a way to get a workout without sacrificing time with your baby or paying for expensive child care? Come try the best stroller workout in Denver! Stroller Strides Denver is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Denver stroller workouts are held 5 times per week in Stapleton and your first class is free!PLEASE NOTE: We move indoors when it's cold, so please check this web site one hour prior to start time to see if we will move the class.

Starting Tuesday June 17th, there will be a turbo class each Tuesday morning at 8:30. This stroller workout will follow the same Stroller Strides format, but both strength and cardio intensity will be bumped up. And, there will be an extra 10 minutes of core training! This will be a great addition to your normal weekly routine and will really challenge your body in a new way. Again, this class will meet at 8:30 am to avoid as much heat as possible, but come to class ready to sweat! I'm really excited to offer this new addition and can't wait to see you reach your fitness goals! Even if you think you won't ever be ready for a turbo class, you'll soon see that you will be!

Each Friday, Stroller Striding moms will gather over coffee at Perk and Play after class. This is a fantastic opportunity to get to know other moms better, so please come join us. You don't have to be a member of Stroller Strides to come hang out! Perk and Play is the best thing to happen to Denver moms, well, since Stroller Strides! There are millions of toys for your little ones to play with while you endulge in some coffee, snacks and girl talk. We meet at Perk and Play around 10:30 every Friday.
