All classes will be changing to a 9:30 start time effective Wednesday, September 1st. This will allow school-age kids to be dropped off before class starts. We'll move the time up again when it gets hot next summer. See you soon!

Are you a mom who is looking for a way to get a workout without sacrificing time with your baby or paying for expensive child care? Come try the best stroller workout in Denver! Stroller Strides Denver is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Denver stroller workouts are held 5 times per week in Stapleton and your first class is free!

Our new turbo class is in high gear and starts at 8:30 in Central Park in Stapleton each Tuesday morning. This stroller workout will follow the same Stroller Strides format, but both strength and cardio intensity will be bumped up. And, there will be an extra 10 minutes of core training! This will be a great addition to your normal weekly routine and will really challenge your body in a new way. Even if you think you won't ever be ready for a turbo class, you'll soon see that you will be!
