Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout all while your child comes along for the ride and you both get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors together. In addition to these great classes you can meet some amazing new moms and kids.
Our program also offers our Luna Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. When we moved to Corona from Michigan, I was absolutely thrilled to hear about Stroller Strides. It is an amazing way to meet other moms and friends for both of us. My first year here in Corona would have been so lonely if not for this program. I find I am much more motivated to leave the house in the morning if I know the girls and kids are waiting for us. That type of bond just does not exist at any health club.
Through Stroller Strides, I not only have gotten in great shape, I have become involved in the community, met so many new people and have had new experiences that I would not have had otherwise. I have been a member for a year now and I even became an instructor, which I never thought in a million years that is what I'd be doing. It is a dream job and I can bring my son along with me to share the fun with.

We always offer your first week of classes with us FREE!! During this trial period, we suggest that you and your little ones sample all three of our locations. This gives you the opportunity to find out that you absolutely love the program before you sign up.

If you sign-up for a membership on yout first trial day, you can recieve $25.00 off your One-Time Registration!!
This will forgo your free week, but what a savings!!

For each friend you refer to our classes, you will receive a $10.00 credit! The sky is the limit on this!
