Come make new friends, get in shape, and spend quality time with your little one! Stroller Strides is a complete head to toe total body workout using resistance bands, your stroller, and the environment...all while your child comes along for the ride! We sing songs and keep the kids entertained while working up a sweat. Our program allows you to do something great for yourself AND model healthy behavior for your child(ren). Please bring your stroller, water bottle, and towel/mat for ground exercises. Your first week is free!

If it looks like there will be rain during class OR it will be below 40 degrees outside at 9 am, I'll announce that class will be at the ALMOND ORCHARD SHOPPING CENTER on our FACEBOOK FAN PAGE, www.facebook.com/strollerstrideschico, BY 8:00 AM THE MORNING OF CLASS. If we have your cell phone and you receive texts, a text is sent out too. Class start time will stay the same, 9:15. We meet in the back corner near The Creative Apple. If you see no message, that means class is in the park! When in doubt, give me a call, 530-228-0835. :)
