What is Stroller Strides?

Stroller Strides is a PRENATAL and POSTNATAL total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes Power Walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by specially trained instructors, it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. Please get doctor's permission before starting this or any other exercise.

As a member of Stroller Strides, you are welcome to enjoy all classes offered in Ahwatukee, Chandler and Gilbert! That's over 10 classes per week, Monday thru Saturday! There's something for everyone!

However, my 1st obstacle was actually getting to the gym, 2nd was child care and 3rd was doubting whether I was even getting a decent workout when I got past obstacles 1 & 2! All hesitation to sign up went flying out the window after completing the 1st week and being trained by Jennifer.
