Mom's Night Out

Join us for our upcoming fitness inspired Mom's Night Out. We will be "enjoying" a R.I.P.P.E.D class at the Moanalua Terrace Community center. Please join us on Tuesday, February 7th at 6:30pm. Email Trish for more information.

More About Us

Stroller Strides at Leeward Oahu is a large community of active, friendly moms. Our group is a fabulous opportunity to meet like-minded women and enjoy all that Oahu and its great weather has to offer. We hold Beach Day, Restaurant Club, organize a monthly Mom's Night Out, and host weekly playgroup for the kids.

The exercise is great too! As a former gym rat, I love being outside and free from mirrors, machines, and the gym daycare. We spend classtime building strength through resistance work using bodyweight or tubes. We develop cardio through circuits, intervals, and calisthenics. We have a great time working up a sweat and leave class feeling empowered by what we've been able to accomplish.

Register for a free trial class and see for yourself. Gain confidence taking charge of your health and model a healthy lifestyle to your children. As one of our members has said, "This is easily the best $60 I spend every month -- I gain so much from my membership!"

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Bring a stroller (jogger recommended but not necessary, as long as stroller is not prone to tipping), towel/mat for ground exercises, water and weather protection. Please also bring water and a snack for your child. Sunscreen and a hat are also recommended. Wear comfortable exercise apparel and walking or jogging sneakers. See you in class!

Stroller Policy

During classtime, we ask that children remain in the stroller. This helps us to stay focused on the workout while keeping the children safe. We encourage you to bring a small snack or special toy to help entertain your child during stroller time.

We will also keep class moving and interesting, both for you and for them. After all, this is "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby!"
