Description:
Take Kam Hwy and turn into Central Oahu Regional Park entrance at Waipio Uka Street (across the street from Jack in the Box). Follow the winding road to the first parking lot. Class meets by the picnic tables.

This package gives you unlimited classes at any location. Please attend any and all of the classes we offer at Kapolei, Ewa Beach, and Waipahu (CORP). Members must also purchase their own set of SPRI tubes, $20 for the set of 2 resistance bands.

This package gives you 10 classes at any of our three locations. Passes are good for 3 months. Pass holders must also purchase their own set of SPRI tubes, $20 for the set of 2 resistance bands.

You can enroll in Stroller Strides at class with our Membership Agreement Form. If you are joining mid-month, your membership fees will be pro-rated. Membership is month-to-month but we do ask that you enroll by credit/debit card to simplify billing.

For expecting moms in their third trimester who want to attend class 2 times a week or less.
|

Guest pass is a benefit to all members, designed to be available for any person visiting the island. $5
|
|
Tuition for LEAN is $199 for Stroller Strides members and $249 for non-members. The next session begins Tuesday, May 4 and runs from 7 - 8:30 PM.

More About Us
Stroller Strides at Leeward Oahu is a large community of active, friendly moms. Our group is a fabulous opportunity to meet like-minded women and enjoy all that Oahu and its great weather has to offer. We hold Book Club, Restaurant Club, organize a monthly Mom's Night Out, and host Friday playgroup for the kids.
The exercise is great too! As a former gym rat, I love being outside and free from mirrors, machines, and the gym daycare. We spend classtime building strength through resistance work using bodyweight or tubes. We run. We powerwalk. We sprint. We have a great time working up a sweat and leave class feeling empowered by what we've been able to accomplish.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Bring a stroller (jogger recommended but not necessary, as long as stroller is not prone to tipping), towel/mat for ground exercises, water and weather protection. Please also bring water and a snack for your child. Sunscreen and a hat are also recommended. Wear comfortable exercise apparel and walking or jogging sneakers. See you in class!
