Great Race!

Make a New Year's Resolution to get fit, be a great role model for your children and spend more time with friends! Join us for the Great Race of Agoura on March 24, 2012. Pick your distance: 5K, 10K or Half-Marathon. We would love for a big group of Stroller Strides moms to join us! This race sells out, so register ASAP and we'll take care of the rest by getting you ready to walk or jog by the end of March!

SPRI Resistance Tubes

Please check your equipment for wear and tear and let your instructor know if you need a replacement band or an upgrade to a stronger one! Bands are $10/each and come in green, red, blue and purple.

Free LUNA Playgroup

LUNA Playgroups are held at Pitt’s Ranch Park every Friday after Stroller Strides Class. The activity usually starts around 10:45 AM.

Arrive 15 minutes before class, bring water and a yoga mat (or towel) for ground exercises.

F.I.T. - FIT factors that are in your control: *Frequency, *Intensity, *Time

Are you seeing the results you would like from your Stroller Strides classes? Have you made some physiological gains but now have experienced a plateau? There are some factors that are within your control when it comes to seeing physical gains. Within the acronym F.I.T are ways you can take charge of your results...Frequency, Intensity and Time!

Frequency - How often are you going to class or getting workouts in? Adding another day may be the jump start you need to make those changes. If Stroller Strides classes are not an option as the extra day, add in a walking workout on another day.

Intensity - Are you giving it all you've got in your Stroller Strides workouts? It is easy to get complacent and "cruise" through class sometimes. Digging deep and giving that little extra push in each exercise will move you into a new level of fitness, as well.

Time - Your Stroller Strides class is your hour...the rest of the day tends to belong to your children. Are you making the most of that time and giving it all you've got? The time frame of your Stroller Strides classes are set but the frequency and intensity of your workouts are variables you CAN CONTROL!
GO FOR IT!!

Weather Policy

Due to the unpredictable weather in Southern California, an instructor will be there rain or shine. A decision will be made at the start of class if the weather condition is too severe to conduct class.
