Class Packages
Single Class Pass - $10
Good for one of our SS or Prenatal classes

Get Healthy Challenge - $63
$63 for new friends, $56 for returning friends. Weigh in and then 45 minute hard-core workout! We keep you accountable to losing inches and gaining strength...testing, measurements and nutrition throughout the program to help you attain your goals!

Learn to Run - $65
Learn to run in 12 weeks! Meet once a week for a group run, then do 2 on your own. This is a nice easy entry into running

10K Training - $99
13 weeks training and entry into the Sun Run! We will be entering the Sun Run as a Stroller Strides team, so mark May 9th on your calendar...we'll celebrate motherhood together!

Monthly Membership - $50
$50 1-time registration fee is required with the membership. Members have access to all SS classes and our social group.

10 Class Pass - $80
This is a great pass to complement a work-out regime!

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES IS REQUIRED!!
Please click on the MORE INFO button for the classes you are interested in and register online for your free class. You will receive a phone call or email as confirmation of your registration.

REMINDER TO EVERYONE: If you are new to our group, please come to class a little early for paperwork to be filled out (15 minutes). You will need water, a mat for ab-work, some snacks/water for kids and appropriate attire for the weather. You may also need a weather shield to protect the kids.
