Classes coming to Windsor Terrace

Join us Tuesday, April 17 for a free workout at the Grand Opening of Stroller Strides Windsor Terrace. Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11AM at the Greenwood Avenue entrance to Prospect Park. On April 17 not only will you get a great workout with your baby in the park, we will have fun giveaways, special deals and gift bags from our sponsors Luna, Popchips, Plum Organics, Happy Baby, Episencial and more.

Stroller Strides Brooklyn turns 2!

April 18 we're having a birthday party! Bring your kids and help us celebrate TWO YEARS of Stroller Strides Brooklyn with a free workout. On Wednesday, April 18 at 10am at the 9th St. entrance to the park, we'll have a fun free workout for you and loads of healthy organic snacks for the kids and a birthday party playdate after class.

COMING MAY 2 - BODY BACK BOOT CAMP FOR MOMS

BODY BACK: An 8-week, all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home exercises, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. Body Back is perfect for Stroller Strides graduates whose kids are now in school, or for all moms who need personal time to fully focus on their goals.

Class meets twice a week on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings at Prospect Park.

Bring a friend to class and get a free class. If that friend signs up for a monthly membership or 10-class pass, receive a free week of class. Work out with your friends and babies!

What is Stroller Strides?

The Perfect Mommy & Me Activity!
Looking for a way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your child? Stroller Strides may be just what you’re looking for—come out and try it for free!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their baby or stroller-age child(ren). The hour-long workout includes power walking and intervals of body toning, using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by nationally certified instructors who are trained in pre- and post-natal fitness, it's a great workout for any fitness level.

Pregnant? Stroller Strides is for you too! Our Instructors are certified in Fit4Baby and are trained to offer modifications for all stages of pregnancy.

Getting Started

Stroller Strides wouldn't be the country's most popular fitness program for new moms if it wasn't awesome! Take the first step and come check it out for yourself.
What to bring
- Comfortable walking shoes and exercise appropriate clothing
- Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping
- Water
- Towel or mat for abs and stretching
- A hat and/or sunscreen for you and your little one (when we're outside)
- Baby/kid essentials including snacks and/or toys for your little ones
