Description:
Stroller Strides is a full body workout for You and fun for baby! It consists of an hour long class that utilizes intervals of power walking, cardio, strength training with exercise bands, and stroller exercises! All classes end with Abdominal exercises, stretching and a smile! For classes you will need your stroller (any stroller not prone to tipping is OK, you do NOT need a jogger) comfortable clothes, sneakers, WATER and something to lay on for floor exercises. Please get your doctor's permission before beginning this or any exercise program.

Maternity Leave Pass - $120
Get unlimited classes for 2 months before you go back to work! This package is ONLY available to newly post-partum mommies that will be returning to work after maternity leave. Proof of employment is required. No registration fee!
