Certifications

All of our instructors are certified through either Stroller Strides, ACE, AFAA, or NESTA in small group or personal training and hold specializations in pre and postnatal fitness. They may also be members of IDEA and ALL are certified in infant/child and adult CPR.

Payment/Cancellation/Refund Policy

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Debit ONLY. We apologize that we can no longer accept cash or personal checks.

UNLIMITED Monthly memberships require 30 days notice for cancellation.
Tri-class passes expire 3 months from the purchase date, while 10 class passes expire 6 months from purchase date. A "Saturday Only" pass is good for 4 months from purchase.

Please choose your pass/membership option wisely as there are NO refunds.
