Schedule Changes for Fall!
Starting this Fall, we will no longer have classes on Tuesdays and class will only be every other Friday. We will always have class on every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday as well as continue our 1st and 3rd Saturday classes of the month. A Great Workout for You, Great Fun for Your Little Ones!
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes walking, jogging, and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. The Stroller Strides Beaumont classes are taught by certified instructor and mom of two, Samantha Whalen, and are a great workout for all levels of fitness...including pregnancy! Your first class is always FREE, so come try the Nation's #1 fitness class for moms!
What do I need to get started?
You, your baby, and a sturdy stroller! Any stroller will do as long as it is not prone to tipping (no umbrella strollers please). Also, bring water for you and your baby, a hat or visor, sunblock, and a towel or mat for ground exercises.
Bad Weather Policy
Classes will be moved indoors to Parkdale Mall for inclement weather and canceled in extreme weather conditons. Please meet inside at the covered entrance near Old Navy for warm up. Cancellations and changes to classes will be posted at least one hour prior to the start of class.
