Unlimited Monthly Membership $60

If you want results, go for the unlimited monthly membership. You will see improvements in your fitness level and make friends for you and your little one(s). Valid at any Stroller Strides: Cedar Park, Round Rock, Steiner Ranch, North Austin location! $60 per month. First time participants pay $75 registration fee. Sign up on your first day and registration fee is only $50. Registration fee includes exercise tubing, plus other coupons and goodies!

Teacher Special $160

We love teachers! Get unlimited fitness classes Jun-Aug for a one time fee of $160. We waive the $75 registration fee, but do require you buy bands $20. (So you can practice all the fun exercises year round!!)

One Class Per Week Package $35

Once you have paid the one-time registration fee, you may opt for the one class per week package. This is a $35 monthly fee and gets you one class a week, plus your membership stays active and you have access to all the great playdates and MNO. This is a great package for Moms going back to work part-time or whose children are reaching school-age yet they do not want to miss their Stroller Strides workout and friends!

10 class pass $110

10 class pass - $110; Valid for 6 months. Equipment fee of $20 includes a set of exercise bands.

Our Program

In just one hour you will get a complete body workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors, who are also moms. We welcome moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! Our program also offers a LUNA Moms Club (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Don't put it off any longer...come join all the Stroller Strides fun!

Weather Policy

Class will move indoors when it is too cold or raining. The instructor will send out an email by 7:30 a.m. When in doubt, please check facebook or call your instructor. We also have a weather line 1-800-467-9782.

Refund Policy

Please choose your class package wisely. There are no refunds. We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
