Fitness, Fun and Friendship

Stroller Strides is all about Fitness, Fun and Friendship!! Take care of yourself, have fun with your little one--and while you are at it meet some terrific Moms!

Classes are available throughout Atlanta at:
Piedmont Park - Midtown/Virginia Highlands
Chastain Park - Buckhead/Sandy Springs/Smyrna
Perimeter Mall - Dunwoody

Classes are ongoing - join us at any time and remember your first class is FREE!!

** PLEASE arrive 15 minutes early. We do not want to leave anyone behind **

Stroller Strides consists of a 1-hour power walking class with body toning intervals. Bring your baby, your stroller and a towel or mat to use for abs and stretching.

Weather Policy

Class will be canceled only when weather conditions appear to pose a hazard. Classes are NOT canceled for light rain or drizzle; instructors will be available to teach. A voice announcement will be posted one hour before class time at (888) 232-2397 (press option 1) if class is canceled.

Opportunity's Knocking...

It's with mixed emotions that I announce that the Stroller Strides Atlanta franchise is up for sale. I've been involved with Stroller Strides first as a mom, then an instructor, and finally the owner for over 6 years and it's time for me to move on to other adventures. I love Stroller Strides and have met such amazing women (and children)!

Stroller Strides is consistently listed as one of the top franchises in the country, and is a great way to work while staying home with your kids! The Atlanta territory runs from Dunwoody to Grant Park and has tons of potential for expansion into other parks and locations.

January Mom's Night Out

Get a new camera for Christmas or still haven't figured out how to use the one you bought three years ago?? Learn how your digital SLR works and get off program mode! Award winning photographer Parker Smith will teach you the basics of exposure and how to make better family photos. The class is 90 minutes, and takes place at Parker’s studio near Virginia Highlands. $20 per participant to be paid on arrival. RSVP to Lauren (laurennlynch@gmail.com) or on Facebook. January Book Club

For January we are reading World Without End by Ken Follett. We'll meet at the Buckhead location of Cafe Intermezzo on Tuesday, January 31 at 8pm.

Please bring suggestions for future books to the meeting!

Couples Class!

Save the date! Saturday, February 11 at 10am will be a special Couples Class at Chastain Park! Bring your hubby and show him that we do more than just walk around the park!
