L.E.A.N. (Learning Eating Awareness and Nutrition) is an 8 week lifestyle weight management program designed to help you achieve a balanced body and a balanced mind. It is based on a very positive, empowering approach to health. Using behavior and cognitive modification, stress reduction and social support, clients discover how to take the power out of food, and get off the diet cycle for life. LEAN Mommy will also teach you how to be a positive role model for your children! One night per week for 8 weeks will give you the tools you need to make healthy, positive changes in your life.
We will be offering this wonderful program here in Anchorage starting in June. We will meet on Tuesday evenings at 6:00PM. We will meet for about 2 hours. The cost is $175 for Stroller Strides members and $225 for nonmembers. This fee includes a workbook, food journal, before and after pictures, and weigh ins. For non members this fee includes up to 3 classes per week for the duration of the L.E.A.N. program. If you sign up and pay for L.E.A.N. by December 1st you will receive $25 off of your cost.
This will give you a great head start for our Get Fit Challenge which will begin in January!

Mom's Night Out- Tuesday, August 24th. Dinner and a movie night! We will head out for a movie (probably a 'chick flick') and dinner afterwards. More information to come the week before.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do with their babies. The class consists of a warm-up, power-walking with toning stations, abdominal work and stretching.

We incorporate songs and creative movements to engage kiddos throughout the class. Stroller Strides is Fitness for Mom and Fun for Baby!

In addition to these great classes you can meet some amazing moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Moms Club that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly mom's night out activities and special community events throughout the year.
