Class Changes
TUESDAY, AUGUST 31st-Classes are INSIDE due to Cod Red Air Quality.

Thomas Jefferson Saturday class closed due to the Arlington County Fair on Saturday, August 14th, 21st, 28th. Classes will resume on Saturday, September 4th.

Personal Training
Are you unable to make it to a Stroller Strides class? Are you not seeing the results you want? Now you can receive personal training from one of our certified exercise instructors - one on one! This is a great opportunity to find a personal and custom workout routine that suits you! We can show you how to turn your home into a gym without any additional special equipment. We can train you with or without your kids.
We will come to your home and perform a personal assessment and personalized program designed to get you on track. Evening and weekend sessions are available in most areas.
