Military Mom of the Month

We are joining the White House in the “Joining Forces” initiative. First Lady Michelle Obama announced new collaborations to support our military families and ensure that everyone can get out and get moving. Each month one military mom will receive a FREE month of Stroller Strides classes.

If you are interested in becoming the next Military Mom of the Month please contact Jennifer at jlungren@strollerstrides.net

Military Discount for all active military families. You will receive 20% off our normal rates. You need to show your military id to one of our instructors to receive this discount. This reduced rate can not be combined with any other discount rates.

Personal Training

Are you unable to make it to a Stroller Strides class? Are you not seeing the results you want? Now you can receive personal training from one of our certified exercise instructors - one on one! This is a great opportunity to find a personal and custom workout routine that suits you! We can show you how to turn your home into a gym without any additional special equipment. We can train you with or without your kids.

We will come to your home and perform a personal assessment and personalized program designed to get you on track. Evening and weekend sessions are available in most areas.
